Account Manager I – Transparency

About the role

Amazon Transparency is looking for an Account Manager I to partner with brands on protecting their products. You will identify gaps, experiment with new processes, and provide feedback that shapes self‑service tools used by a large portion of the North America market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of account management activities for straightforward brand relationships, applying best practices and recommendations.
• Audit, monitor, and review business performance for assigned brands, spotting patterns and updating plans to meet shared goals.
• Innovate and experiment with new approaches by listening to brand needs, identifying workflow gaps, and feeding improvements into self‑service tools.
• Collaborate with operations and cross‑functional teams to resolve roadblocks, drive problem resolution, and communicate progress.
• Contribute to playbooks and standard operating procedures, researching technical and operational details to represent brand perspectives.
