Account Executive, Sales

About the role

Veeqo is looking for an Account Executive to help mid‑market eCommerce sellers get the most out of its inventory and shipping platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding sellers through onboarding, product adoption and ongoing usage.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound seller inquiries via phone, email and chat, directing them to the right resources.
• Engage sellers in supportive conversations, helping them discover platform features and complete account sign‑up and channel connection steps.
• Build strong relationships through active listening and clear communication.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Veeqo’s inventory and shipping solution and convey its benefits to sellers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to surface feedback and resolve support issues.
• Meet adoption and support targets while following defined processes and guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused professional with experience in platform support, customer service or seller onboarding.
• Demonstrates Amazon Leadership Principles such as Customer Obsession, Deliver Results and Bias for Action.
