About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Academic Advisor to join our education team. The role involves partnering with schools to implement educational programs, design tailored interventions, and support teachers and leaders in achieving their objectives. You will work closely with school leadership, travel to various locations, and deliver impactful training sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance and support to partner schools.
- Design, deliver and coach teacher training sessions.
- Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement academic strategies and action plans.
- Travel frequently to regional sites to support school teams on‑site.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).
- Minimum 1 year experience in academic coordination and teacher development.
- Strong classroom teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High availability to travel nationally and internationally, with own vehicle.
