About the role
The firm is seeking a qualified lawyer specialized in judicial collection to support its financial services clients. The role is based on‑site in the Lindora area of Santa Ana and focuses on enforcing payment obligations through legal channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of judicial collection cases for corporate clients in the financial sector.
- Prepare and execute foreclosure proceedings, embargoes, and other enforcement actions.
- Conduct court‑ordered auctions and serve legal notifications.
- Provide legal advice on collection strategies and represent clients in court.
Required profile
- Active membership in the Costa Rican Bar for at least two years.
- Proactive attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong orientation toward finding solutions in collection matters.
Required skills
- Judicial collection procedures.
- Legal enforcement processes (embargoes, foreclosures).
- Conducting auctions and serving legal notifications.
