About the role

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a qualified Labor Lawyer to join its Employment Law practice in San Pedro de Montes de Oca. The professional will provide expert legal advice, support partners, and manage client relationships within the labor sector.

Key responsibilities

• Answer legal queries and provide counsel on labor matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate employment contracts.
• Handle regulatory filings and interactions with government authorities.
• Assist senior partners and attend client meetings.
• Coordinate tasks with other firm members.
• Perform notarial procedures when applicable.

Required profile

• Law degree (master’s degree preferred) and active membership in the Costa Rican Bar.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in labor law.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (language test required).
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using artificial‑intelligence tools for legal work.
