About the role

The firm is seeking a qualified attorney to join its labor law practice in San Pedro. The professional will provide comprehensive legal support to corporate clients on employment matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on labor legislation, collective bargaining, and employment contracts.
• Respond to client inquiries and conduct legal research.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
• Handle procedural filings and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Participate in client meetings and support senior partners in case preparation.

Required profile

• Law degree and active membership in the Bar Association.
• Minimum five years of experience practicing labor law.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Preferred master’s degree or specialization in labor law.
• Experience delivering direct client counsel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
• Notary qualification is a plus.
