Wound Documentation Specialist

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Wound Documentation Specialist to collect wound assessments, review clinical information, and support continuity of care for patients on V.A.C.® Therapy. The role involves building relationships with clinical providers and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect wound assessments based on payer requirements.
• Review clinical information and assess wound progression for patients on V.A.C.® Therapy.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with clinical providers.
• Collaborate with Solventum team members to resolve account management issues and provide physician call support.
• Utilize business and clinical data in accordance with Solventum policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience interpreting medical records, or High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience interpreting medical records.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Legal authorization to work in the country without visa sponsorship.
