Warehouse Supervisor I

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I to lead its material handling team. The role oversees shipping, receiving, warehousing, kitting and cycle counting, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction across shipping, receiving, warehouse, kitting and cycle counting functions.
• Ensure material handling tasks and system transactions are completed accurately and maintain transaction integrity.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations, ISO 13485 standards, company policies and the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Plan, organize and schedule departmental activities to meet production and product development needs.
• Maintain the cycle count program and leverage its results to improve ERP data integrity.
• Advise users on proper use of the Cirtec ERP system and coordinate material and system requirements to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, support and train staff, manage time‑and‑attendance, and ensure documentation meets quality and safety standards.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (Cirtec ERP)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards
• Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
