Video Producer

About the role

Prose on Pixels, a global content‑at‑scale agency within the Havas network, is looking for an energetic Video Producer. You will work closely with producers, editors, animators, creatives, account managers and growth teams to bring video and animation projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production activities, coordinating staff, freelancers and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise project budgets: create, adjust, track and finalize financials.
• Attend and document briefings, kick‑offs, resourcing meetings and reviews.
• Prioritize and juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Produce and direct remote video shoots and voice‑over sessions.
• Develop and communicate project concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team atmosphere across global offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Production, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Video Producer in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage production and post‑production workflows.
• Strong communication skills with creatives, clients and production partners.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative perspective and passion for storytelling through motion graphics, animation and footage.
