Communications Manager – North America

About the role

The Communications Manager will support all lines of business across North America, partnering with Elevate’s executive team, support staff, and station leaders to craft and distribute company messaging. This role gives voice to the organization’s vision for both internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement communications campaigns aligned with the broader messaging strategy, tailoring content for North American audiences.
• Create and execute a dynamic social‑media strategy across internal and external platforms.
• Produce marketing, promotional, and written content for print and electronic venues.
• Write and distribute press releases, media‑relations content, corporate newsletters, social media posts, and speaking proposals.
• Lead external communication strategy and messaging, and write brand‑aligned content for the website, marketing collateral, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor messaging to inform content strategy.
• Develop and execute internal communications initiatives and manage the editorial calendar.
• Capture and manage company footage and perform other administrative functions as assigned.

Required profile

• Full command of the English language with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with business objectives.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field preferred.
