Vendedor de Acabados para Construcción (B2C y B2B)

About the role

We are looking for an architecture‑trained professional with a strong commercial drive to lead our end‑customer (B2C) experience and support technical requests from professionals and construction firms (B2B). The main goal is to turn the client’s aesthetic vision into a closed sale, using technical criteria and design tools to assure investment confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Premium B2C consulting: guide residential owners through material, format, and combination choices using rapid 3D modeling.
• Sales closure: convert inquiries and quotes into actual billing through active follow‑up and on‑site technical support.
• Technical specification & visualization: produce cut‑lists, installation recommendations, and quick 3D renderings so clients can preview the final finish.
• B2B liaison: act as a bridge with architects and contractors, integrating our products into their plans and BIM/CAD models.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling finishes (flooring, tiles, kitchen fronts, or construction systems).
• Strong communication, sales orientation, and results‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD for plan reading and technical breakdowns.
• SketchUp with V‑Ray or Enscape for fast, realistic 3D presentations.
• Revit (desirable) for BIM families and large‑scale B2B support.
• Intermediate Excel for budgeting and comparative tables.
