About the role

The Sales Assistant will provide essential support to the sales and procurement departments, helping to manage client relationships, facilitate order processing, and contribute to the achievement of commercial targets while delivering high‑quality service to both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and order records in SAP Business One.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely product availability.
• Prepare and update sales reports, dashboards and performance indicators.
• Utilise Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, scheduling and collaboration.
• Track projects and follow‑up activities using Monday.com or a similar platform.
• Support management with executive reporting and KPI analysis.

Required profile

• University or technical student in Business Administration.
• Certifications in executive secretariat, customer service or sales are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills.
