Vehicle Sales Executive (B2C)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Vehicle Sales Executive to drive B2C sales of our automotive portfolio. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to closing deals and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vehicle sales in line with departmental targets.
• Prospect and acquire new customers to continuously grow the portfolio.
• Conduct regular client visits to identify new needs and business opportunities.
• Assist walk‑in customers, guide test drives, and oversee the complete purchase process.
• Control consignment inventory, maintaining optimal condition and location.
• Transport vehicles to and from customers while following safety protocols.
• Participate in weekly and monthly commercial follow‑up meetings.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in face‑to‑face sales, preferably in the automotive or high‑value goods sector.
• Strong commercial aptitude with negotiation skills and result‑orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to build trust with clients.
• Organised, detail‑oriented for contract and documentation management.
• Basic proficiency with office tools and CRM systems.
• Full‑time onsite availability in San Antonio with flexible commercial hours.
• Relevant education in commerce, administration, marketing or related fields is a plus.
