About the role
We are looking for a Trilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, verify credit account status, process modifications, and manage fraud alerts while delivering service in French, English, and Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to credit‑related concerns via phone and back‑office channels.
- Analyze consumer credit files to identify needs and provide accurate information.
- Document follow‑up actions and coordinate with partner departments for resolution.
- Initiate and complete research required to answer consumer questions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client and project records.
- Serve as liaison between the consumer and the client to achieve the best outcome.
- Meet performance metrics and compliance standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in French, English, and Spanish (minimum B2 level, spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
