Trilingual Customer Support Representative (Dispute Resolution) - Senior

About the role

Equifax is seeking a senior‑level, trilingual Customer Support Representative to handle dispute resolution for its Assistel consumer line. The role combines inbound call handling with back‑office research to ensure accurate, timely solutions for customers while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound consumer calls and respond to requests in English, French and Spanish.
• Analyze consumer credit files to identify needs and document follow‑up actions.
• Conduct research and coordinate with partner departments to deliver precise information.
• Maintain complete and accurate client and project records.
• Act as liaison between consumers and internal teams to achieve optimal resolutions.
• Update case information and flag process gaps when identified.
• Enhance multitasking to reduce turnaround times and meet performance metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (B2+), French (B2+), and Spanish (B2+).
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on‑call during critical periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
