Treasury Assistant

About the role

The Treasury Assistant supports the bank's treasury management services by delivering excellent customer service and providing essential administrative and clerical support. This role ensures smooth daily cash operations and contributes to accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and analyses.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all treasury activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and procedures.
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a treasury or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
