Contract Pricing Team Lead

About the role

The Contract Pricing and Accuracy Team Lead will oversee a Costa Rica‑based team that supports U.S. contract compliance operations. The role manages contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and financial workflows to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Contract Compliance Analysts, managing schedules, workloads and performance against SLAs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, conduct one‑on‑one meetings, and support onboarding and training of new members.
• Train users on the contract management system (e.g., Icertis), ensure accurate contract entry, amendment handling and metadata capture.
• Serve as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain user documentation.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track contract compliance and performance metrics.
• Act as liaison between business users, technology teams and operational stakeholders, communicating updates and supporting change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in contract management, pricing or compliance.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with contract management platforms such as Icertis or DocuSign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports.
