Training Technician II

About the role

The Training Technician II leads the implementation, continuous improvement, and strategic management of CSI’s training program. This role ensures training initiatives align with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and employee development across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize training methods, tools, and materials to improve workforce performance and compliance.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that support lean manufacturing, cost‑saving, and safety initiatives.
• Mentor and coach trainers, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain accurate training documentation and infrastructure.
• Support new product introductions by preparing training content and ensuring readiness.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align training programs with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in delivering or managing training programs within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety standards.
• Ability to assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
