About the role

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of critical plant equipment used in syrup production, water treatment, steam generation, refrigeration, compressed air and gases. The role focuses on executing preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance according to the plant’s maintenance plan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and programmed maintenance on equipment for syrup elaboration, process water treatment, steam generation, refrigeration, compressed air and compressed gases.
• Follow the maintenance planning and scheduling system to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Performance evaluation score of 3 or higher in 2025.
• At least 1 year of experience in the current position or similar role.
• Certified technician in industrial maintenance or electromechanics, or pursuing a related university degree.
• Good manufacturing habits and competence in organization, decision‑making and effective relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of transmission and pulley systems.
• Experience with pumping, reverse osmosis, refrigeration, steam, compressed air and mechanical seals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (desirable).
• Familiarity with SAP (desirable).
