Technology Services Technician – Hospitality IT Support

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Technology Services Technician and combine your passion for hospitality with technical expertise. You will ensure that guests and staff enjoy seamless technology experiences throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests, maintaining compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards.
• Maintain and manage inventory of technology hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and work areas.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, handling concerns and authorising necessary adjustments.
• Document repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, flagging items that need further attention.
