Technology Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Analyst to deliver advanced onsite IT support for end‑user devices and infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on work in data‑centre environments and high‑touch service for VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and non‑PC equipment.
• Perform IMAC services, including installation, moving, adding, and changing IT assets.
• Execute data‑centre tasks such as server racking, cable management, hardware replacement and diagnostics.
• Support video‑conferencing systems, AV equipment and meeting‑room technology.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, vendor contacts and backend network/server/application teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain IT inventory, coordinate procurement and install compliance software.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Solid hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with macOS, Linux, data‑centre operations and server rack installation.
• Ability to support video‑conferencing and AV equipment.
