About the role
A global technology company is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Representative to provide fast, reliable assistance to customers via phone and ticketing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone and web‑based ticketing platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate unresolved cases to higher support tiers while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Document common issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and meet SLA targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Minimum 6 months experience in technical support or help‑desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS (Windows 7 and later).
- Ability to install, configure, and deploy Windows‑based software.
- Experience with support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
