Technical Recruiter (Junior)

About the role

The Junior Technical Recruiter will play a key part in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. Working closely with engineering, product, and IT leaders, you will ensure that hiring needs are met with effective sourcing and assessment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS, and other tech‑specific platforms.
• Conduct technical resume reviews and phone screens, evaluating coding experience, system design knowledge, and relevant frameworks.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, coordinating technical interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future openings.
• Support employer branding initiatives, manage referral programs, and execute internal campaign communications.
• Maintain recruitment trackers in Excel, using pivot tables to analyze pipeline metrics and progress.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal DEI policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting technical and specialized roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job board platforms.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical job descriptions and skillsets.
