Technical Project Manager (Professional I)

About the role

The Technical Project Manager (Professional I) ensures predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of detailed IT solutions to clients. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, de‑conversion, de‑activation, and small‑scope projects while driving client satisfaction and team goal attainment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate new sales opportunities, qualify project factors, and initiate projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, overseeing all implementation aspects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functional areas.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Manage vendor tasks, track deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Create and maintain project timelines, monitor milestones, resources, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Control and track performance, cost, time, and quality through regular status meetings.
• Apply deep understanding of business strategies to all project activities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities, including root‑cause analysis.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of the development lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation).
• Extensive experience in meeting planning, facilitation, and public speaking.
