Team Lead, EUC Vulnerability Management

About the role

The Team Lead, EUC Vulnerability Management leads WWT’s End User Computing vulnerability management team – responsible for reviewing and prioritizing vulnerabilities across the endpoint environment, driving remediation, and keeping devices patched and compliant. The Lead acts as a player‑coach, staying hands‑on with vulnerability review while setting standards, coaching analysts and engineers, and representing the function in EUC leadership discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of EUC Vulnerability Analysts and Engineers: set priorities, coach, run 1:1s, develop talent, and ensure quality work.
• Own the team’s operating cadence: intake, prioritization, work‑in‑progress visibility, and delivery against EUC Engineering and Operations needs.
• Represent the vulnerability management function in EUC leadership forums and translate executive direction into actionable work.
• Manage the EUC vulnerability lifecycle: scanning cadence, prioritization, end‑user outreach, and remediation tracking to closure.
• Ensure thresholds and SLAs are met across the EUC environment, escalating aging or high‑risk findings as needed.
• Maintain SOPs and governance documentation for the vulnerability management program.
• Own vulnerability posture reporting and dashboards for EUC and IT leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with EUC leadership, the Service Desk, and cross‑functional IT/security teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years in vulnerability management, endpoint engineering, IT security operations, or a closely related field, with at least 1–2 years leading a team or formally mentoring others.
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable or similar), including scan design, prioritization, and remediation tracking.
• Familiarity with RMM/endpoint management tools (NinjaOne, Ivanti Neurons, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or similar) in Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and reporting using Tenable, AI tools, and Excel.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members; comfortable holding 1:1s and setting team priorities.
