Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment team and deliver high‑quality hiring for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote, serving candidates in the Philippines and Latin America while operating on US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a distributed recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
• Partner with Managing Partners to design recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and business goals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, create SOPs, interview guides and templates, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, quality standards and reporting tools.
• Support additional business tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Minimum 3 years full‑cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proven experience recruiting for US‑based clients across various industries and professional‑level positions.
• Availability to work US graveyard shift and start within two weeks of offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workable.
• Strong command of Google Workspace and recruitment reporting tools.
• Experience using time‑tracking software such as Time Doctor.
