Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Business and Functions

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for a defined set of global business and functional stakeholders. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating workforce needs into effective hiring strategies while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for assigned global functions, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with senior functional leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with senior leaders and advise on market dynamics and hiring trade‑offs.
• Conduct aging requisition reviews and drive action plans to address recruiting challenges.
• Mentor and lead recruiters and coordinators within the specialized business area.
• Drive harmonization with global recruiting operations and lead on‑ground operational processes.
• Analyze recruiting data and share insights to improve operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for global functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
