Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator drives the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring speed, efficiency, and compliance across multiple countries. The role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinates interviews, manages background checks, and supports onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assign recruiters and sourcers to requisitions based on a global alignment matrix.
• Schedule phone and on‑site interviews, create executive interview agendas, and manage interview logistics.
• Facilitate background checks, drug screenings, and pre‑employment verification, ensuring completion and compliance.
• Enter hire details and onboard new employees in Workday, providing first‑day instructions.
• Generate weekly recruitment reports and daily interview schedules; produce ad‑hoc reports as needed.
• Manage the global recruiting inbox and phone line, responding to candidate inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate employee referral programs, calibration meetings, and liaise with third‑party vendors such as background check, relocation, and immigration agencies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high‑school diploma required.
• Strong clerical, data‑entry, and mathematical accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Multicultural interpersonal skills and fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Workday (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency.
• Experience with background check and drug‑screening processes.
• Report generation and basic data analysis.
