Supply Execution Manager

About the role

The Supply Execution Manager is responsible for translating S&OP strategies into actionable supply plans, ensuring the right product reaches the right market at the right time and cost. This role works across a 0‑12 month horizon, managing inventory, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own supply plan execution across a 0‑12 month horizon, aligning product availability with demand forecasts.
• Detect and manage exceptions such as capacity constraints, QA release timing, logistics issues, and parameter mismatches.
• Maintain and challenge market‑level planning parameters and transactional data to ensure flawless execution.
• Provide clear status updates, outlooks, and action plans to stakeholders and represent supply execution in cross‑functional forums.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and shorten cycle times.
• Monitor inventory health, prevent overstock or write‑offs, and manage local stock moves and customs clearance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey status and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on risk detection and mitigation.
• Experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or inventory management.
