Supply Chain Superintendent

About the role

The Supply Chain Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of the supply chain, balancing demand, materials, capacity and customer service while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational and strategic supply chain execution.
• Maintain balance between demand, materials, operational capacity and customer service.
• Monitor key KPIs and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Drive inventory reduction, cost control and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Coordinate priorities across Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate critical operational risks.
• Strengthen processes, internal controls, standardisation and operational discipline.
• Develop team capabilities and promote a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics or related functions.
• Proven experience supervising or managing personnel.
• Experience managing KPIs such as OTIF, DIOH, inventory control, supplier performance or PPV.
• Strong English communication skills (B2‑C1).
