Supply Chain Solutions Analyst – Planning Analytics

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst with a focus on planning analytics to design, develop and continuously improve digital supply-chain tools. The role will primarily build Tableau-based dashboards while supporting other applications such as GSC Suite and Hotspot, enabling data-driven decisions across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital supply-chain solutions, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into demand planning, inventory, fulfillment and logistics.
• Collaborate with global, regional and site stakeholders—including planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance and IT—to translate business needs into scalable solution designs.
• Manage data validation, user testing, release coordination and deployment readiness for all reporting tools.
• Support and enhance additional supply-chain applications such as GSC Suite and Hotspot.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of supply-chain processes and planning concepts.
• Proven experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in a global environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
