Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the role

EPflex, a global OEM manufacturer of minimally invasive medical devices, is expanding its operations in Costa Rica. We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee logistics, customs, warehouse operations, and material flow for the new site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate imports, exports, logistics, and customs processes.
• Track purchase orders and delivery schedules with global procurement teams.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with medical device industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to support operational continuity.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy and OTIF deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, customs, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in medical devices, pharma, or regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
