Master Scheduler – Orthopaedics (Grecia, Costa Rica)

About the role

The Master Scheduler will lead the creation and maintenance of a constrained Master Production Schedule (cMPS) for the Orthopaedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. Reporting to the Network Capacity Planning Senior Manager, the role ensures site capacity aligns with global network requirements and supports the upcoming transition to DePuy Synthes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and communicate the cMPS on a regular basis.
• Analyze capacity constraints and recommend adjustments to meet demand.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and logistics teams to synchronize schedules.
• Drive global optimization initiatives and support digital scheduling tools.
• Provide visibility of schedule performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in master production scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
