About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project. Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand the ideal engineering profile.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market for resource delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
