Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to support its global talent acquisition efforts. Working remotely, you will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruitment team, ensuring that vetted IT candidates are matched to business opportunities efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the pool of vetted IT candidates to fill open positions.
• Assess, select, prepare, and present candidates to clients, handling end‑to‑end vetting on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales to align expectations and timelines.
• Meet time‑to‑market targets while optimizing revenue outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
