Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of automation engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading automation projects from concept and design through production deployment.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Electronics, or Advanced Manufacturing.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or PLC/Robotics/Industrial Automation certifications.
Required skills
- PLC programming and integration.
- Robotics system design and implementation.
- Industrial automation technologies and control systems.
