Sr. Commercial Process Lead, Costa Rica

About the role

Dentsply Sirona, a global manufacturer of dental products and technologies, is looking for an experienced senior sales and delivery transformation leader for Costa Rica. The role drives the SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) strategy, oversees solution architecture, builds teams and aligns stakeholders across global commercial organizations. It combines functional expertise with people leadership, owning both program results and the development of managers, consultants and future leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SD parts of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations and global rollouts, aligned with enterprise ERP strategy and finance transformation.
• Own the OTC solution architecture and design, balancing standardization, scalability and business value.
• Act as global process owner for OTC (order management, pricing, shipping, billing, revenue handoff) and define process standards, templates and governance.
• Oversee S/4 process leads and provide senior oversight of SD configuration (pricing, order management, delivery, billing, ATP).
• Support R2R, P2P and EWM/TMC adoption of S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, advanced ATP and real-time analytics.
• Advise Sales and Operations leadership, turn business and regulatory needs into scalable OTC solutions, and help build roadmaps, investment cases and proposals.
• Build and scale diverse OTC teams, coach and mentor managers and consultants, and set goals and development plans.
• Align with corporate and local business leads on upcoming initiatives and process harmonization; additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience, including S/4HANA implementations or migrations, and proven leadership of large ERP transformation programs.
• Background in operations at supervisor level, or experience in manufacturing, life sciences or global distribution.
• Advanced English (C1); able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Eligible to work in Costa Rica; anticipated travel of 20-30%.
