Sourcing Specialist – Procurement & Vendor Management

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist will drive procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while delivering cost savings and improving supplier performance. You will act as the commercial bridge between internal requesters and external suppliers, managing the full sourcing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement price agreements with suppliers, following all approval procedures.
• Monitor deliveries, claims, returns, and exchanges to ensure service quality.
• Serve as the liaison between JLL/client requesters and suppliers.
• Maintain strict compliance with JLL policies, LA Sourcing Guidelines, and client internal controls.
• Identify and link supplier capabilities to client business needs for competitive advantage.
• Deliver hard savings and cost avoidance, tracking and reporting results each quarter.
• Support regional sourcing leaders with strategy development and information gathering.
• Facilitate change‑management initiatives and create saving projects.
• Execute RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes according to client requirements.
• Maintain vendor files, contracts, certificates, and legal documentation in line with contractual standards.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual compliance.

Required profile

• College or technical institute degree; business administration preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, finance, or supply‑chain management.
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, teamwork, and client‑service skills.
• Flexibility, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
