Software Developer - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Software Developer to join a dynamic, customer‑focused team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern languages and full‑stack technologies while collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality software that meets evolving business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing codebases for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to testing and deployment.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication across distributed teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Experience working remotely in agile, collaborative environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
