Social Media Specialist (AI-Native)

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑native Social Media Specialist to own the organic content pipeline and execute a founder‑led social strategy for a fast‑moving digital health startup. The role focuses on authentic, short‑form video content that resonates with adults aged 30‑45 dealing with chronic health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Script, edit and publish short‑form videos on Instagram as the primary channel, and cross‑post to TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Warm‑up and grow the founder’s social accounts through consistent posting and active community engagement.
• Respond to comments and foster a trustworthy, mature brand voice.
• Design, launch and analyze Meta ad experiments to test messaging and creative.
• Research competitor content and translate insights into ad and organic creative.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate scripting, ideation, performance analysis and reporting.
• Track organic and paid performance metrics, produce regular reports and use data to guide content cadence.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing organic audiences on Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience creating authentic short‑form video content for health‑related audiences.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast‑paced startup environment.
