Site Manager – Secret Clearance (San Jose, Costa Rica)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at our San Jose, Costa Rica facility. The role supports U.S. government missions overseas, requiring an active DoD Secret clearance and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced logistics and maintenance, including system administrator duties to sustain Authority to Operate and equipment standards.
• Ensure operational continuity, system availability, and regulatory compliance for mission‑critical IT infrastructure.
• Travel to other sites within the area of responsibility to support operations and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, schematics, and system flow understanding.

Required profile

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Network background with IAT Level II certification.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; active passport required.
• Ability to work in an office environment with occasional short‑distance travel on site.

Required skills

• Network infrastructure knowledge.
• System administration tools and modern IT technologies.
• Smartsheet (preferred).
• Hands‑on electronics and ability to read schematics (preferred).
