Site Architect – Boutique Hospitality & Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong technical expertise and on‑site construction experience to join our in‑house design team. You will work on boutique hospitality and low‑rise residential developments, including villas and resorts, focusing on technical design, construction documentation, and on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical architectural design from RIBA Stage 3 to construction.
• Translate design intent into buildable Revit models and documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM and Navisworks.
• Provide architectural supervision on site during installation and construction works.
• Perform quality control of executed works against project documentation.
• Support the site team with day‑to‑day technical problem solving.
• Review and approve minor deviations from design documentation.
• Participate in inspection and acceptance of completed works together with project managers and site engineers.
• Support tender and construction documentation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience with hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.
• Strong technical and construction understanding.
• Ability to work independently and handle on‑site issues.
• Professional level of English.
• Portfolio required.
