Senior UX/UI & Digital Experience Designer

About the role

Zenga Solutions is seeking a Senior UX/UI & Digital Experience Designer to shape a new healthcare technology platform. This remote, contractor position will have a direct impact on user experience, conversion, engagement, and long‑term growth of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end digital experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Map customer journeys, identify friction points, and improve onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop and expand the platform’s design system, brand guidelines, and reusable UI components.
• Create conversion‑focused website pages, assessment and intake experiences, and patient onboarding workflows.
• Produce social media, advertising, email, and marketing design assets that align with the visual identity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, developers, marketers, healthcare professionals, and the internal design team.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with an understanding of how design influences trust, conversion, and customer experience.
• Experience working on healthcare or technology platforms, preferably in a remote setting.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and translate business goals into visual solutions.
