Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them plan and manage their journeys efficiently. You will leverage your expertise to provide personalized advice, ensure compliance with travel policies, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies while offering tailored consultation.
• Handle regulatory requests and ensure all travel arrangements meet required standards.
• Provide up‑to‑date industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships, offering actionable suggestions.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the travel industry and related services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent or consultant.
• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus GDS platform.
