Senior Sourcing Associate

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Senior Sourcing Associate to proactively build pipelines of passive talent for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies, leveraging AI‑enabled tools and traditional search techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates across a range of functions, including engineering, data science, finance, operations, and HR.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, and AI‑powered sourcing platforms to locate high‑quality talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, market trends, and sourcing objectives.
• Develop creative sourcing campaigns and maintain accurate candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates for fit, and manage communication throughout the early recruitment stages.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in an agency or Fortune 500 environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
