Senior Software Engineer – C++/Python/Linux/AI

About the role

Join 3Pillar as a Senior Software Engineer and help build cutting‑edge solutions that transform urban living, media platforms, and healthcare. You will work in a remote‑first, collaborative environment, taking ownership from design through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Write efficient, testable, scalable, and secure client code in C++, Python and related technologies.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting and estimation using project tools.
• Gather and validate requirements, maintain documentation, and follow Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and managers to solve user pain points and drive client success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including multithreaded programming.
• 3+ years of Linux experience and familiarity with containerized environments.
• Hands‑on experience with network protocols, Oracle/PLSQL and AI‑assisted development tools.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in an Agile, remote‑first setting.
