Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Remote

About the role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will ensure that critical systems remain reliable, observable, and resilient at scale. You will work across multi‑cluster Kubernetes environments and modern observability stacks, shaping the reliability standards that power our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, including operators, autoscaling, and multi‑cluster management.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and sustain observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) for proactive issue detection.
• Define, track, and improve reliability metrics such as SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including operators and multi‑cluster management.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Terraform and Helm.
• Hands‑on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs, managing error budgets, and conducting post‑incident reviews.
• Background in cloud security tooling and IAM hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
