Senior SAP Recruiter

About the role

As a Senior SAP Recruiter you will shape the talent pipeline for consulting teams that deliver complex SAP transformation projects. You will partner with business leaders and global stakeholders to design recruitment strategies that attract high‑integrity professionals who fit Westernacher’s values‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for SAP and adjacent consulting roles across multiple seniority levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define forward‑looking hiring strategies and capability needs.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using creative and proactive methods.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines while ensuring an inclusive, candidate‑centric experience.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability advice.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and data quality in an agile environment.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Westernacher at recruitment events.

Required profile

• Extensive experience recruiting SAP, technology, or consulting professionals in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of SAP roles, consulting career paths, and related talent profiles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with high attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• High autonomy combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
