Senior Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Recruiter leads full‑cycle talent acquisition for a wide range of technical, professional, leadership and specialized positions across Cirtec Medical’s U.S. and international locations. This strategic partner role focuses on delivering a consistent, compliant and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop targeted recruiting strategies and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks and other creative channels to build passive pipelines.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights and talent availability advice to hiring leaders.
• Maintain accurate activity in the ATS, ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP and other employment laws, and analyze recruiting metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, university recruiting and other talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or medical‑device environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume requisitions and develop effective sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong consultative skills with hiring managers and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Jobvite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
