Senior Recruiter (Contractor) – Remote, Costa Rica

About the role

Workfully is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our network of independent recruiters on a contract basis. Based in Costa Rica and working fully remotely, you will help solopreneur recruiters grow their talent audience and connect with global clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present candidates for a variety of roles, including GTM, tech, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from brief to placement.
• Utilise Workfully’s platform tools – personal ATS, CRM, scheduling and multiposting – to streamline your workflow.
• Collaborate with clients to share candidate pools and increase visibility for future opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the global recruiter community by sharing best practices and insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven track record hiring for diverse role types (commercial, technical, life‑science, blue‑collar, etc.).
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) are a plus.
• Based in Costa Rica.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
